Notice: Related to Article 28 of Securities Clearing Centre Rules

Following the announcement of Saudi Exchange, Muqassa & Edaa regarding the approval of the rules and procedures of post trade project and the amendments of the glossary of defined terms used in the exchange rules that was published on January 18, 2022, and the announcement to amend the starting date of the rules and procedures of post trade project and the amendments of the glossary of defined terms that was published on March 2, 2022, Muqassa announces today, that transactions executed on 3rd of April 2022 only will be novated and Muqassa will not execute an open offer transactions to its clearing members.
